房子是硬件设施，再怎么难看或靓丽也已经根深蒂固了。现在要看的是以后物业的服务质量，听说现在的这个物业公司，内部人员很不稳定，上层领导也没有实质管理能力，管理体制就好比一盘散沙。哎！想想就后怕，以后我们的房子怎么能交给他们管理呢？怎么服务好我们业主呢？[em03][em06]

钱江湾的楼早于造好了，但要等交货还要一些时间，业主如果要去看一下自己的楼盘，还非得到物业的批准，你如果真要闯进去，还真可威风，有全副武装的保安陪着你呢？如果，到了交货，住了进去，还是他们管理，每天进出全程保卫，r还真让您受不了。

我看了半天没有看懂，这个是在表扬呢还是在批评。
以后交房了，保安管严一点是好事，我绝对支持的，这样才能保证小区里面住户的财产安全。
现在很多老的小区，报安就是一个摆设，有啥用啊。
