什么8K多？别托了，我一直在关注，和房东谈过几套房今年以来，该楼就没怎么涨，现在楼层差一点的，挂牌6K多比比皆是即使好的楼层户型，7.5K的话基本上都可以谈下来的

有位朋友2002年底还是2003年初4千多卖掉，还带装修好像本来是准备装修好了用来当婚房，但后来考虑那边人气实在不足，生活部方便，放弃了。卖太早了，便宜了接盘的人
