钱塘景苑看房记（2008、3、7更新）

钱塘景苑原来是东信的东信花园,后来东信资金困难,2005年以25760W的价格把这个楼盘卖个滨江区政府了,实际上就是政府出钱帮企业渡过难关,当时政府还开新闻发布会,说对东信这样历史上做过贡献的企业遇到困难就是要帮一把,扯远了,有兴趣大家自己去搜搜
政府买过来就一直撩那了,现在有重新粉刷粉刷拿出来卖,只限税务登记在滨江区的企业职工购买,自己去企业报名再汇总,据说均价7000
