He is a good client.
Clearly, sometimes architects want to do sth, sometimes too much sometimes developers don’t want to do anything and they want to change everything but he must find a way to meet. But that meeting must be in a good place otherwise there is no sense. There is also no sense to make projects which doesn’t work for the architect is very important, he must work for everybody. Not Just for the eagle for architect. For instance, if you do project like this, it’s so expensive, and the developer lose all money and what’s the point. I think The biggest problem in commercial architecture is for the developer to have confidence in the idea, because what we said before, the commercial market normally works with things what they know. Most commercial projects all types whether you are making hotels or housing or office, it’s a sort of financial formula and people are going know risk. So if they can see sth which is done, and works, then you can copy it and you know you can sort of guarantee your risk, the problem is if you do sth which you haven’t seen, how can you be sure of your risk, once it’s done, and its successful, well its clearly ,oblivious it was going to work. But beforehand, it need investors to take risk and all the changes are made by the risk. 90% of the world just copy what has done, we need some people who will do sth which hasn’t been done which they believe can been done. Then becoming very interesting.
DC:
