今天终于去收房了，做金成的班车去的，时间太过紧张，不过只是粗略的验了一下，过水也没试，下水管道也没通水（原因是冻住了）还有墙上的空鼓也试了几下就没继续下去，倒检查了一下塑钢窗的密闭性，但是陪同我去验房的工作人员说这个密闭性是没法整改的，那就只能将就了，今天金成送给业主的是一束花、一个硕大的中国结还有春联以及福字一个，倒是蛮符合过年以及新房交付的氛围，但发现问题也要说说：
1、防盗门有白色的东西粘在上面
2、书房北阳台的铸铁栏杆还是有锈迹，装饰的玻璃破了也没换
3、书房西边的玻璃窗还是单玻的，其实换双玻也很简单，金成为什么不能更细心点呢（我的房子靠近02省道会一定的噪音）
4、客厅南面的玻璃移门的卡扣松动
5、主卧的铰链式塑钢窗内的压紧条明显不合缝，但是据工作人员说没法整改只能作罢，不知道其他业主有没相同问题，如果有的话，我觉得还是应该交涉的
6、小区的绿化明显有点杂乱，我客厅前面的竹子有的已经倒了，在小区行走过程中，还发现有树木已经枯死

走在小区发现音乐悠扬，原来都是这个东东发出来的，不过放的音乐实在不敢恭维

看看门口停的车就知道今天去收房的也不少了，据工作人员说，已经交付了200套左右，还有260套没交付，其中金成内部有60套左右

在交房的时候，找社区的主任专门谈了这个封阳台的问题，特别是我们一楼。因为我的北小卧室和南阳台的客厅的玻璃门的门扣条（上面有门扣的锁定座）全部已经掉下来了！
 原来我说过小偷跨过我的阳台栏杆后只要拿把划玻璃的刀就可以了，我仔细看了看，觉得小偷都用不着这样麻烦，进了阳台后，只要用力拉玻璃门就行了，因为门扣条只用二个螺丝固定在门框上，门很重，动量很大，一旦移动，很容易将门扣条扯掉的，阳台大门一开，什么安全系统全是空话……
 应该公平地说，2000多/平方的住宅小区，有许多环境已经非常不错了。但是上面的问题金成集团真的是糊涂透顶了，阳台不封，无任何安全可言！社区的意见是可以在阳台玻璃门前装可伸缩保安门，真是开玩笑！为了所谓的“小区外表美”，让我们要多花许多钱，住在向牢房一样的环境里生活（伸缩保安门的交叉钢条是非常密的）！我想我们以后和金成公司为封阳台的事情走上法庭可能性很大了。
 还有，社区监控室可以为每家安装报警系统，当然是每个月要付钱的，而且钱还不少。安装后，在按下隐蔽的按钮后，保安会在10分钟赶到。问题倒不是保安能不能在10分钟赶到，关键是在突发情况下，我们有没有机会去按那按钮，比如小偷将刀架在你脖子上的时候……我还是想封阳台。

还有一个金成做的比较好的地方是：A区已经建立全时段的红外监控系统（无灯光也可以），据社区说可以看到小区每个角落！哈哈，晚上大家窗帘要拉好啊，不然没有隐私啦：）））

那偶家的门口不是可以看见音乐喷泉的吗，不错不错！据我了解，红外监控就在小区的外围，就是我们看见的那个想警灯的东西，装在围墙上面的，关键那么大一个小区就18个保安，不包阳台能保证偶们的安全？！[em06]
