mso-ascii-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-hansi-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">知情权有广义与狭义之分。广义的知情权,是指公民、法人或其他组织依法享有的、要求义务人公开一定的信息的权利和在法律允许的范围内获取各类信息的自由,它既属于公法意义上的权利,又属于私法意义上的权利;既包括抽象的权利又包括具体的权利;既包括民主权利、政治权利也包括人身权利、财产权利等。</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">[5]&nbsp;</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">号文的规定,《新建住宅质量保证书》、《新建住宅使用说明书》已经成为必要公示的内容,其目的保证购房者的知情权,那么同样值得购房者关注的设计规划图也应为其设定公示要求。整体布局规划、单项景观设计、辅助设施配套在项目规划时都已经规划部门及其他专业管理部门批准确定,同样这些也是开发商申请住宅小区住宅竣工验收所必须提供的文件,那么向购房者公示并不会造成开发商过多的负重。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt;
