<P>一二期别墅业主关心的是密度及质量。从实地考察，一二期别墅地形呈八字型。从西向东逐渐收小，但是设计上是动了脑筋的，从东向西，最东头是一栋一排。最西头是三间一排，而中间是二栋一排。</P>
