<P>我第一次走到了二期的最尽头，二期西头的6栋别墅远景有山为阻不太好，但前后地开阔，近景却不错，这大概是设计上的有意安排吧。</P>

总感觉房子不好看，怎么会获这么多的奖啊？？？

<P>房地产商一般会拿刚刚做出的方案去参加评奖会,评委也只根据方案图的优劣来评奖,且评委会的会务费由得奖地产商给出,故这种奖根本不可信,只对地产商的销售有理.由于无利益驱动,真正交付的楼盘是不会去评奖的.</P><P>但愿中能公司能珍惜,因得到"荣誉"而产生的广告效果吧.</P>

<P>        很多朋友不喜欢浪漫和山的别墅，觉得间距太窄，没有自己的绿地，虽然有现代的气息，但感觉跟公寓一样！</P>
