<P>吊顶上面令人担忧，施工人员素质不一。我家的热水器排气管（金属管，属高温管）居然与上一楼下来的下水管（PVC管）紧贴在一起，并被挤压瘪了。吊顶前去看过，向售楼处和工程部均反映多次，毫无整改结果。这次去顺着热水器排烟管将手伸到吊顶里面一摸，照旧！危险啊！一旦长期使用，必定把PVC管烫得融化掉！各位在吊顶前没去过的业主，还不知道顶顶上有些什么隐患呢！不过，像我家这样的情况，我在邻居家尚未发现。现在是看不见了</P><P>:（</P>

还有:卫生间地砖与浴房里的地砖不对缝,斜差开了.若这还尚能忍受,则更可恶的是放脸盆台处的墙角不到90度,致使脸盆台子与墙体之间形成了一个三角形的缝隙,这次去看发现,施工人员仅用白色玻璃胶填充了事!反正这些事情我已多次向他们提出过了，没有好的解决办法，我是不会接受钥匙的！

<P>其实，大家不应只是在网上看看，应该到现场去一次了。施工过程中，我也发现多处致命伤，均因我及时提出而不至于后来出现尴尬局面。比如说：1、卫生间窗户居然移位达10公分以上（与邻居家比），如果不改正，那么装修好后的我家，其浴房将邻居家窄10公分以上！天哪！90方的这一套，其浴房本来就窄，再少掉10公分，我还怎么洗澡啊？2 、小房间通往阳台的窗户，顶部浇铸的横梁居然因支撑浇铸框的木棍断裂而浇铸成了斜的，偏差达10公分！更不可思议的是，居然后期工序跟上了也无人管，就这么粉刷了（当时尚未安装窗户），在我多次督促下才敲掉重新浇铸。否则后续工人可能会降低窗户高度，将就着塞进窗框也不一定。其他还有不少，此不一一列举了。总之，施工、监工都不咋地！</P>

楼主，去现场哪里拿钥匙看房子吗？汉水阁可以进去看吗？

<P>我去的时候大部分房子都能进去，少数房门被风吹得关上了。估计汉水阁也能进吧，因为都在做验收修补工作</P>
