<FONT face=宋体 size=3>照片中一条弯曲的小道通向颐景亭，不知大家发现没有KFS为赶工期草草收场的痕迹从这条小道上暴露无疑，这与当初卖房初期KFS建造样板园林的精致风格极不协调。我们4月看房时曾到过这里，看见有一个园林专家在指点工人，如何在土坡上修建蜿蜒的小径，当时听他描绘的应该是青石板铺就，边沿镶嵌鹅卵石那种园林小径，现在一看是水泥路，台阶大小比例不对，与宣传画册大相径庭。但愿二期结束时KFS不要为赶工期免赔款，而不顾前期付出的心血，落下败笔。</FONT>

偶是买来自住的，不是炒房客。

在中式别墅的介绍书中有中式房子的会所，有室外游泳池、网球场、音乐咖啡吧、儿童游乐场/健身中心、美容美发中心、垂钓区等，不知开发商是否会兑现，3、400万买的中式别墅的人，到时候发现没有宣传的那么好，不知心情如何。

颐景山庄翠霞苑的业主请注意  今天在青年时报上刊登了《买颐景山庄可享受团购价》 单价只有每平方3590元  还可以打9折   而我们去年买的可算是高价  还没交付就有这么大的差价  实在是有点过   三盛公司也不能不顾我们的利益而把房价降的如此之快  因为我们要到2006年的6月才能交付  希望看见我帖字的业主谈谈你们的高见  我们总的有一个好的办法来解决这个问题  我的EMAIL:dawang_5858@msn.com
