难怪湖里的鱼越来越少

<P>今天看到有人在兴致勃勃地用鱼网抓鱼，对一个保安说了叫他去看看，他只是笑笑，等我再从楼上下来，这位保安还是站在原地不动~</P>

楼上的，我指的是管理不力，并不指小区外的，难道小区内的业主抓鱼可不管吗。。
