<P align=center><FONT size=+0><b>历 史 沿 革</b></FONT></P><P>     富阳历史悠久，秦王政二十六年（公元前221年）置县。初置时幅员辽阔，辖境含今桐庐、建德等地。三国吴黄武四年（公元225年），析富春县地置建德、新昌（后改寿昌）、桐庐3县。次年（226），又置新城（后改新登）县。富阳、新登两县建置以此而始。 </P><P>    富阳古称富春。新莽始建国元年（9），改名诛岁。东汉建武元年（25）复名富春。东晋太元十九年（394），为避简文帝生母太后郑阿春讳，更名为富阳，富阳之名始于此。新登初名新城，后梁开平元年（907）始有今名。</P><P>    富春之地，春秋属越，战国属楚。秦汉以后，隶属多变。隋、唐、宋、元、明、清均归杭州府（临安府、杭州路）所辖。民国时期，初属钱塘道，民国16年（1927），废道直属于省。民国27年，改属第一行政区，后又多次变更，至民国37年，改隶第四行政区。1949年5月4日，富阳解放，初属临安专署，1952年改为省直辖，1955年划归建德专署。1958年12月，改属杭州市至今。</P><P>    富阳历史上曾两度撤并。隋开皇九年（589）并入钱塘（后改钱塘）县，大业三年（607）复置；1960年8月并入桐庐县，1961年12月复置。新登历史上曾5次省并。三国吴黄武七年（228）并入桐庐县，西晋太康十年（289）复置；旋又并入富春，东晋咸和九年（334）复置；隋开皇九年并入钱塘县，大业三年复置；唐武德七年（624）并入富阳县，永淳元年（682）复置；1958年10月并入桐庐县，1961年12月又从桐庐县析出，划归富阳县。</P><P>    1994年1月18日，经中华人民共和国国务院批准，撤销富阳县，设立富阳市，行政区域不变，隶属杭州市。</P>

<P><b><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 13px" color=#3333ff>特色文化</FONT></b> </P><P>    富阳历史源远流长，造就了深厚的文化底蕴。建县2200余年来，形成了三国文化、纸文化、富春江文化、浙东文化和民情民风五大文化体系。五大文化铸就了富阳人文精神，促进了富阳经济发展。三国东吴大帝孙权是富阳人，孙氏父子崛起江东，形成了三国鼎立。如今，孙权、曹操、刘备均有后裔生活在富阳，这是原汁原味的“三国文化”。孙权后裔聚居地龙门，为富阳市第一大村，90%以上村民姓孙，龙门孙氏的生产、生活、社会习俗，是富阳最具有特色的文化，最具富阳特色文化中的魄宝。富阳有1900多年的造纸历史。如今拥有300多家造纸企业，为富阳第一大支柱产业，产量占浙江省二分之一以上。悠久的造纸历史，形成了独特的纸文化，对富阳的发展起到了不可取代的重要作用。美丽的富春江流经富阳境内52公里，富春江孕育了富阳人不朽的精神。富阳虽地处浙西北部，但深深烙下了浙东文化的烙印。在吴大帝孙权雄风的熏陶下，富阳人发扬了勤劳、智慧和吃苦的精神，形成了自强不息、注重三缘（血缘、亲缘、地缘）和关爱乡土的民风，涌现了董诰、董邦达、郁达夫、蒋忠等叱咤风云、流芳千古的人物。</P><P>    春江水灯会、元霄、庙会为传统民间文化活动。近年开展了元霄灯会、纸文化节等官方半官方组织的文化活动。</P>

这是一个人面兽心的家夥，就象在地图上：
它的形状象一只可恶的虫蚁。
仁至义尽我送你回去，
还教给你我盛世的诗词汉语。
你走之後我轻声自语：

当我叫明的时候我等到了你。
你手拿倭刀，
穿著我教你做的唐衣。
你说你并不得已，
因为後面有驱赶你的丰臣秀吉。
杀人放火你奸淫掠虏，
戚家儿郎把你赶下海去。
用东海水我洗著伤口，
贼心不死的禽兽--

日月如梭我身染重疾，
东方的巨人渐渐不能自己。
围攻撕咬我的兽群中，
我又看见了你：
强盗火拼你咬走了俄国熊罴，
独占我北方要地。
贪心不足你膨胀的恶欲。
终於到了“九.一八”那是一九三一，
血肉从我身上分离，
於是有了伪满供你驱骑。
欲壑难平你得寸进尺，
疯狂的野兽你竞妄想把世界归己。
一九三七的七月七，
我的胸膛上你印上了铁蹄。
作威作福你那麽得意，
心在淌血我把仇恨铭记。
多行不义你必自毙，

不改的本性让你又暗藏杀人的利器，
打著自卫的幌子想把世人蒙弊。
为富不仁你开始觉得自己家里挤，
又妄想到我的岛上来“钓鱼”！
伤疤犹在你就忘了痛，
参拜亡灵的政客们啊，
在靖国神社你们是否看见了东条英机？
往日的屈辱我怎能忘记？
昨天的病夫现在已有了强壮的身躯！
睁大眼睛我看你要向何处去？
还想再来吗？

狼生的孩子仍然要吃肉，
魔鬼释缚后还会害人。
鬼魂在庙宇里在受膜拜，
人人都知道你贼心不死。
多少年来我受了你多少凌辱和欺骗，
强霸面前你又有狗仗人势，
又见到膏药旗在我的家里？！
我知道，你早晚还会回来，
如同饿狼常来觅食。

我世世代代等着你！
