<P>  这是我家的阳台,买房合同上写阳台是水泥沙浆抹平的.可是有次去看房刚好拍下了以上的图片,开发商把我家的阳台的柱子用铁架向前搭了好几公分用厚厚的大理石铺上.阳台的使用面积严重的缩水,原来宽敞的阳台,变得很狭隘.找开发商理论,他们说有权更改,我想问下,碰到这种情况开发商算不算违约,可以要求赔偿吗?
