煮一壶养颜的甜水

宁静的早晨

<P>秋天来了，建议女生们煮点养颜的甜水，抵抗干燥，有养颜的作用  味道也很不错   </P>
<P> 我这壶有梨、胡萝卜、玉米、红枣、冰糖，应该还要放枸杞子的，家里没了 偷工减料   </P>

真实希奇呢。要不要煮过呢？还是就这么泡？

<P>当然是要煮过的~~</P><P>看上去感觉不错~~~~</P><P>可惜我家没这个漂亮的玻璃壶~~~~</P><P>那个瓷杯喜欢的~~~杭州大厦买的吧</P>

<P>瓷杯和玻璃壶都是今年的茶叶博览会上的  很便宜   另外一套小的  整套才30元  等下给你照片  应该你也会喜欢的  是喝乌龙茶的</P>
