刚才听我们一位齐云坊的邻居说，她今天中午在会馆餐厅订了一份土鸡煲，正吃得盎然时，竟然发现这个煲内，居然有三只脚爪(一只已吃掉)，猛然想起曾经发生的让一位老先生吃“剩菜拚盘”的事，顿时大倒胃口，即打电话责询。据对方经理声称，土鸡煲的烧法是好多鸡切块后，先混在一个大锅里烧，再转移到砂锅里的，是分得不匀所致，极对是卫生的。不知有哪位邻居知道真象，请在此相告，以解惑。谢谢!

我开过饭店,是有把鸡切开一起烧的,然后再一份份分开的.

回笼菜再煮后也是卫生的,不要怕,好吃就行,没给你吃瘟鸡就不错了.[em01][em01][em01]

在普通饭馆里倒是碰到过，不过云顶会所这么“高尚”的地方也出这种事，有些说不过去了

其实大的饭店都是如此没有现杀的我也开过饭店比如酸菜鱼，也是杀好１０条鱼冰着，来一个抓一份说不定２个鱼头．
