闻堰三江花园看房子的体会

今天和朋友去闻堰三江花园看房子，感觉比较好。当时真想马上买下来！
看到那绿化，看到那钱塘江，还有那船，和晚霞照在波光粼粼，真爽。
就是稍远一点，听说政府马上就要造世纪大道直达钱江4桥。
这样到市区只要15分钟。
可惜售楼小姐说，要在房交会才开盘。
但愿到时候能买到中意的楼层。

怎么和另一位拍出来的感觉很不一样，那位拍的很灰暗。

就是附近都是工厂，还有可能是杭金衢高速入口前的主要交通道路，可以想象这么多车进过小区门口是怎么样滋味阿。我上次回家大巴走的就是这条路。

“杭金衢高速入口”？是杭州绕城公路南线、钱江五桥出入口的主要干道；杭金衢高速入口在临浦、所前那边。闻戴公路现在是03省道复线。

我同学说他想买三江花园15楼以上
听说明年3月萧山余杭真正划归杭州后,闻堰会并入滨江,不知道是不是真的?

小区规划不错，楼层与楼层之间距离也大，一楼采光一定很好，有山有水，就是离市区远了点，如果有车应该问题不大。

应该是三江花园的多层，那些红色的垃圾桶，在三江花园很显眼。
