关于政苑游泳池

政苑游泳池和府苑游泳池一样，本来就是按照小区配套设计建造的，是为小区业主服务而不是对社会开放的。后来因建设信访大楼和机关幼儿园、未名小公园需要拆迁向阳游泳池需要，将政苑小区配套游泳池与向阳游泳池置换，造成小区业主封闭使用的游泳池变成了面向社会开放的游泳池。不仅游泳池设计不符合面向社会开放需要，而且也对业主权益造成严重侵犯！2002年前开工的经济适用房配套是纳入房价开发成本的，竟被开发商拱手相让！就这样，政苑游泳池和物管用房、会所一并设计、建设，却不属于政苑全体业主了。如果没有拆迁向阳游泳池一事，游泳池和广大业主的关系，就是业主和物管用房、会所、配套商铺的关系。呵呵，杭州健身中心政苑游泳馆，与业主委员会之间不是租赁关系，不需要缴纳租金的。

好贴!把这一维权的光荣任务交给马上要建立的业委会吧.游泳池建在小区里的,几乎都属于典型的皇帝的新衣,是最不安全最无用的去处.但作为业主的权利却仍然要全力主张的.即使是无用又出丑的皇帝的新衣.于是我认为把它交给社会是件大好事,但业主要因此得到弥补.直接的间接的都行.要把房钱给我算回来.政苑作为一个比较特别的小区,有许多维权的事情要做,但怎么做却是很有讲究的.否则得不偿失.这也是不难理解的.我想最简单的事是先向府苑兄弟学习.兄弟有的我们也要有,兄弟如何争取的我们也学着如何争取.兄弟有高压线我们有臭水河,维好权了,高压线可以消失平空增加了那么多的绿地,臭水河清了明了,河上就真的可以游泳划船放花灯了:)前途是光明的,道理是曲折的,粮食会有的,但不会天上自己掉下来的.于是,业主要心齐,相互多宽容.做到这一点并不难,网上网下多打招呼多搞活动,如府苑兄弟那样.

游泳馆应该是小区配套设施之一,如果包含在我们房价里面,这样做太过恶劣.能够干这种事的肯定不是物管能够所为的.机关事务管理局有人住在政苑吗?相信即便有,也不会住在这里.但愿我的看法是错误的.

1号路乱停车问题，所停车辆基本上不是政苑业主的。请大家打城管和交警电话,进行投诉。主车道乱停车归交警处罚，非机动车道乱停车归城管处罚的，只有罚单伺候了。
