杭州市的规划跟不上变化,现在正在进行的道路改建工程中,在好几条道路可都是近几年中刚刚建设完工的!市政府根本不把纳税人的钱当钱化.规划更象是儿戏,今天建,明天改.

杭州市的规划和城建，基本奉行的是遇着困难绕道走的态度，说得不好听一点就是欺软怕硬，所以有些网友说，这个做法是生生地把良民培养成了刁民。杭州市的规划和城建，基本奉行的是无为而治也等于放弃规划的态度，各有关建设项目单位，根据本单位的期望，选择建设地点，规划部门不经统筹考虑只是“你去做环评吧，做出环评你去造，做不出环评你再另选地点”的态度，所以许多项目公示报批过程遇阻力而停止，一而再再而三，此风漫延，一个垃圾站，不是第一次先在余杭塘河，最初在三个地点选址被居民否定，而后才到余杭塘河边。杭州市的规划和城建，规划出了许多让人看不懂的规划。20万平米的公园偏不建在靠城西近的余杭塘河边，却建在城西向北几公里的农村地区，这个公园与城西无缘，好象是专门给农民史弟建的。也不是因为那里地形合适建公园，而是那里有一个西城年华的楼盘！杭州市的规划和城建，委屈满腹，认为居民不配合，通过媒体发出：“一个公益项目的落地总要遭到周边小群体的反对”这样的感叹，却不认识到自已政府行为的不规范，是造成这种不良现象根本原因。
