照片是下午向西拍的，因为迎光所以效果不是很好.左上角那棵形状有点奇怪的树就是西溪一带很有名的柿子树,别看现在光秃秃,秋天就挂满了一盏盏红色的"小灯笼"了.

A区入口处已经初步做了一些小景观和绿化,当然也少不了两棵天然的柿子树!

闲林山水建筑外立面和绿化采用的是"盛唐"古风,传统与现代结合的建筑风格也是我决定购买她的重要原因之一。A区房子一楼的外墙暗红的色彩到底是用面砖砌出还是涂料染成的,是我这次去现场考察的目的。经过实地勘察，结果大出意料，既非面砖也不是涂料，初步判断应该是直接利用黏土砖的原色造成的效果！请看下图

看这幅照片中间，外墙折角有一处破损，看得出里面应该是黏土砖。

一楼地下是自行车库，外墙下石材贴面的就是地下室露出地面的部分，上面就是一楼的地平面。
问了售楼小姐，地下自行车库不是1：1配比的，住户需要购买，是否有产权还不清楚。这个问题到交付的时候大家要注意。

突出墙体的阳台部分没有贴面砖，估计是涂料。上图是东边套的东阳台。

入口马路右边的房子不知道是不是B区的，和A区有两个明显的区别，一是她的一层以上的东窗突出部分外墙是用灰色黏土砖贴面的；二是塑钢窗用的是白色，A区是茶色的。

大门前还在挖泥，地面还没找平，我是跳上门厅的。
门厅是大理石铺地面的，敲了敲扶手，声音挺沉的，木材看样子还不错。

到门口就看到正门墙边是有线电视接入盒，是两户共用的。看到上面的字了吧，估计其他配套也应该是闲林镇的，看来要和闲林人民搞好关系啊！

施工的兄弟也太不够意思了，把防盗门搞的脏兮兮的。

金成的信息化工作做得还不错么，预装了一个鸿雁的家庭信息接入箱。我打开看过，有网线和电话线接口，最好再加个无线信号放大器接口，万一以后移动上网了也好使，哈哈！
