多消费者因为相信名人代言才购买产品，许多厂商因为名人有号召力才耗巨资请其代言，名人更从代言中获得巨大收益———名人当然要为其虚假代言受到处罚。这在法治国家是一个常识，法国一位电视主持人就曾经因为做虚假广告而锒铛入狱，好莱坞一演员因为假证言广告被罚50万美元。

名人一再从代言丑闻中成功脱身，竟然有人能持续从一种错误行为中获得巨大利益，竟然有人只享受利益而不承担相应责任，这是一个法治社会的耻辱。
