<p>肯定是九堡好的，优点1：交通很方便，到杭州大厦不超过半个小时（B1就在门口)，通向市中心各个方向的公交车极多，通宵车两部外加最早开通的地铁（就在蓝桥的后门），以后还有公交中心站 2：建设规模大，旁边商品房的均价已经远超三墩1000元以上，地段远不如蓝桥名苑的旅游红苹果，万科魅力之城（漏夜排队的）基本卖光，即将开盘的房产公司多达十五、六家，其中包括绿城、滨江、宋都，万科、旅游、美达、名城等知名企业，从杭海路口到旅游红苹果这一带，全是建筑工地，今后的配套更是不用说的 3：九堡不存在汽车东站这么乱，因为现在的东站周边都是农居，拆迁的成本实在太高，农居多造成乱，杂的现象，而现在的九堡大家可以去现场看看，从迎宾路到九堡镇东面基本都拆成大片空地了，整个九堡地区都是经过规划的，再也不会允许杂乱的农居出现，那时想开个杂七杂八的店也难，出现的是统一建造的农居新村（已交付使用），丁桥也是这样的，可以说整个九堡现在是推倒重新建设，今后几年是个新城，大型商业配套更是不在话下（大型的联华金海店已在装修），就是大家最担心的杂乱，最多和杭州火车站差不多，再也不会是第二个东站了，四季青也不是老四季青了，都是设施齐全的大型商业建筑了 3：极具投资价值。。。。这点大家心里很清楚的。。。。出租是根本不用担心的！4：环境比杨家村好多的，具体可以看新江花园论坛图片<a href="http://www.hzxjhy.net/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1508&extra=page%3D1">http://www.hzxjhy.net/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1508&extra=page%3D1</a>，蓝桥名苑就在隔壁 5：今后到杭州新的市中心钱江新城是非常近的，到杭州最大，最牛B的综合商场万象城购物不要太方便哦 6：九堡蓝桥名苑靠钱塘江，虽然是二线的江景房，但空气环境都相当好，周边没有什么工业区，大工厂之类的，旁边又有条河。。。和睦港。。。。作为市里的重点现在正在整治中，整治好后又是一道不错的风景线哦</p><p>缺点：蓝桥名苑的户型不是太好，心理感觉离市区比杨家村远</p><p>杨家村优点：离市区近，如果石桥路整治好后交通还是很方便的，虽然地处农村心理感觉还是住在市区的</p><p>缺点：石桥地区不是政府重点发展的地区，相应配套是大有问题的，楼盘盘子小，周边没有别的开发商大规模的建设，近几年还是生活在都市里的农村，杨家村同样环境也不好，也和乱，也很杂，周围三面铁路包围，临近还有机场（可能是没影响的），今后发展余地不是很大，这点上面和丁桥也是没法比的</p><p>以上纯属个人观点，实事求是的说，现在九堡商品房这么热销，价格上涨这么快，我想老百姓也不是瞎子，眼睛也是雪亮的！</p><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2007-6/200761617175149700.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true;
