金成的问题好多呀，感觉金成对自己的形象一点都不注意的，象上次看到的房间里那么多的水管，都不知道金成房产的设计人员一天到晚在干什么的，一点脑子都没有的。

当时买房的时候，我就发现墙面比较容易脏了，不过没有认真关注内部的管线等情况。现在看来金成公司在这方面确实没有控制好。整个楼盘用料不太好，并就楼盘设计定位来讲，开始就没有把它当成一个树立自己公司形象品牌的项目来实实在在细致的做。感觉金成公司还不是很成熟，在房地产开发上面经验还不够。
