渔夫堡 一条满载而归的渔船


一位生龙活虎的健美教练带领一群鲜龙活跳的虾兵蟹将，在杭州城西的文苑路上筑起了一个渔夫堡，用象山港妈妈做的渔家菜直捣热爱海鲜的老饕们心窝。
渔夫堡是一条满载而归泊在杭州城西高楼大厦间的渔船，那条战绩累累的橹，此刻正挂在厨房的门口憩息。店家是正宗的渔家子弟，对那把橹充满了情感，他生动地称橹为渔夫的脚。所以他把橹挂在店里最醒目的位置，告示来吃海鲜的客人：此橹非同寻常，曾随主人征战东海，历经战火洗礼，伤痕累累，为解放舟山群岛出过一份力，是“功勋橹”。
这家小餐馆的装修点点滴滴透露着店家对大海的深情，一整面雪白的粉墙上直接画了大幅的船，其他墙面上的角角落落都能看到一些诸如舵、渔网、帆之类的渔具，虽然只是作为装饰品做做秀的，但却也全部是很正宗的真渔具，可以闻得到海的味道。因此，在那家店里吃海鲜就像上了大海边的一艘渔船，那些鱼虾透鲜就像刚刚从海里捞起来，连海水都来不及沥干就成了我们的盘中餐。
渔夫堡内的感觉虽然很轻松、很随意，像是走进了一户渔民的家中，但毕竟是在杭州这样一个都市的新城区里，因此，正宗的渔夫也染上了些许城市的气息。尽管菜的味道依旧是不变的渔家妈妈的手艺，但盛器、配菜、出品都有点考究，像那个冬瓜海鲜盅的刻花，绝对可以和大酒店的等级厨师比刀工。
那种叫鲎的海里动物，不仅字难认，而且像我这样天生的海鲜嗜食者都是在问了店家后才明白，这种军绿色的、看起来有点像钢盔、后边还拖了条小尾巴的东东叫鲎。菜单上列的菜名很本色：大蒜鳗干、龙头烤、干菜黄肤鱼、渔夫石烤虾、咸菜春笋烧鲎、渔夫煲、奉化芋头子排煲等，不像有的大酒店菜名花里胡哨猜半天还弄不清到底是什么内容。店家很自豪地告诉客人，这里的龙头烤、鳗鲞、鱼干等都是爸爸从海里捕捞来后，妈妈亲手晒制的，味道和市场批发来的绝对不同。
确实是这样，那些地道的渔家菜吃进嘴里透鲜透鲜的，根本不用蘸任何调料，那份原汁原味、纯纯粹粹的鲜，带着微咸的海水味道深入人心，让人刻骨铭心。其中那个糅合了鱼、鲞、虾、蟹、蛤、贝等多种海鲜的渔夫煲，是众海鲜的集萃，那种鲜美真的无法言说，和味精没有半点瓜葛。相传此菜很有来头：明末崇祯皇帝自尽后，其三弟朱柚洪带领一队亲兵杀出一条血路逃至象山洪畔的孤岛上，眼看粮草断绝，军中一渔夫出身的亲兵重操旧业，捉些小鱼虾蟹贝置于一大锅内煮食，众人吃了不仅是味道鲜美，且个个体魄强壮。最终一班人马并没有像清兵企盼的那样被饿至死，还是因为内奸出卖才亡。而渔夫煲就一直在当地渔民中流传至今。
吃海鲜能够强身健体这个就无需赘述了，因为店主英雄无悔这个获过多种奖项（浙江省健美冠军）的健美教练，就是从小吃着妈妈的渔家菜长成这副筋骨的啊！
