<P>哎，小和山被毁林造房的确令人倍感不爽，当初我们买房的最大理由不就山景么，这样一来无疑这一买点已被无情的淡化，加之余杭这种小地方监管力度可能会不足，如果导致小和山被无序地滥开滥发，想想的确可怕。</P><P>不知谁有途径向上面反映一下，破坏绿化在杭州市应该也是不轻的违法活动，让我们为我们的美丽家园而作不懈的努力吧。</P>

楼主辛苦,大家对东溪公寓是很关心的.就是买别墅的人也一样的.同一个楼盘无论那儿,开发商的一举一动大家都是敏感的.2号楼边的小溪好象离水木还很远隔着一个小山头,水木会到这儿来建房吗?山背后水木要填山谷,对我们影响就不大了,溪水也断不了的.

<P>        维权是所有业主工作中的重中之重，尤其是前期的维权。包括我在内的一些业主都在计划维权的相关方案，我们也相信所有的业主除了急切之外，也在绞尽脑汁出谋划策。</P><P>       我们也很高兴地看到大家看了贴都能跟贴，我们更希望所跟的贴子不仅仅是“强烈支持”等口号，而是更多的建议和方案，为浪漫和山业主的整体维权提供智力支持。期待着——</P>

我上次去工地看进度时，拍照也遭阻挠，保安声称有规章制度，但是制度是不能给我们看的。肯定有很多问题怕业主看到。

<P>当时看到他们在填谷，我从谷底爬上山去看，被保安看到，远远就跑过来警告，我下山后他们又追杀过来，还好我们人多，据理力争，他们才没敢动手。</P>[em13]

<P>       这种毁林填地的行径，应该受到制止和处理。建议可由zhzh200业主牵头，在了解了相关情况的基础上，组织材料向市政府和林业厅等部门反映，保护周遍的生态环境，维护浪漫和山业主的合法利益。</P>

<P>         众人拾薪火焰高。很多的业主都在默默地关心着社区的前期建设，经常奔波于工地，查找问题，及时反映情况，提出很多非常有见地的建议。要是没有这些基础的工作，我们在这里的“心声”就成了“高谈空论”，热切的“期望”就是一相情愿！我们的家园建设需要这种爱心、热心、关心和真心，需要更多这样的业主。尤其在维权过程中，我们更需要学习这种奉献精神、发扬奉献精神、实践奉献精神，哪怕做一件微小的事情，提一个小小的建议，都是对我们所有业主的提醒和关心。滴水成河、积沙成丘，我们离不开每一位业主的配合、支持和帮助，当凝聚了每一位业主的智慧和力量，我们的声音还不够响亮吗？我们的权益还能被忽视和侵犯吗？我们的家园还不会美好、浪漫起来吗？</P>
