<P>是啊。厨房里面下水管和地漏还是非常关键的啊。</P>
<P>阳台上有没有考虑水龙头和洗衣机插座，下水管什么的？洗阳台的时候还挺需要的。还能把洗衣机考虑放到阳台上。</P>

所用材料还算可以，关键在于施工质量。大家有空还是多去工地转转，kfs前一楼盘的用材也可以但是装修质量确是非常糟糕。不知老大有没留意电梯的大小？利兹城市公寓的电梯可是我所见过的最袖珍的！要监督。。。！要关注。。。！

电梯最终尺寸1000宽，应该足够了，如果你不是日本相扑手！即使采用大号的，买个钢琴之类的还是吊上去[em05]

<P>根据物业公司电梯电费分摊办法一般是按层数和人头为基数来计算的,那么你的超额质量要摊到别人的份额上去了,你一点也不吃亏,当然没有意见,我确实有点多管闲事了,但是希望楼主总喜欢用我们这个字眼,把人家扯进来就是为了帮你买单,当然我在这里夸大其辞了,目的是说明电梯够用就好.</P><P>其实这种矛盾不是没有,就象很多房改非,把公司开到住宅里头不是也闹的很有意见吗?另外提醒大家,住宅管用70年,电梯可不管用,过个十几年就要完全报废,十来万的电梯加安装还是要摊到你们头上,所以你们要爱护电梯,多走楼梯</P>[em01]
