对了，还有问一下，楼顶上有一层是用全玻璃架的楼层，那里是做什么用的？

不是顶楼人家的私人用地吗？如果单纯是有来装饰用的，那是不是太浪费了点。如果能把这块空间好好的利用起来，比如做我们业主的活动平台，或是空中西餐厅什么的，那是不是会更好呢？
