<P>一期已全部开始卸装了，电信线路已入场，部分电梯安装完毕，阳台栏杆大部分安装完毕，二期13、14楼差不多在10楼左右，9号楼就要结顶，6、12号已开始卸装，内部装修仍在继续～～
有关LOFT阳台的隔层问题，发现KFS在中间部位加了一个顶～～

<P>不可以，使用钢架（玻璃）做的类似于雨棚的顶，不可能从内部打破外墙走出来的

资料是找到了，但是不大看得懂唉：
    <b></b>3.5.1.13 房屋最高一层的阳台未设盖板的，视为露台，不计建筑面积；若设盖板的宽度不大于0.6米的，该阳台不计建筑面积；若所设盖板宽度大于0.6米但小于阳台的围护结构时，阳台面积按上盖水平投影面积的一半计算建筑面积。
    <b></b>一栋房屋的上、下层凸阳台水平投影线不重叠时（即左右错开），当重叠部分的长度大于0.6米的，按重叠部分的一半计算阳台建筑面积；当重叠部分的长度不大于0.6米时，该阳台视为无盖，不计建筑面积。一栋楼中个别楼层不设阳台或隔层设置阳台，这时的下一层阳台的上盖高度超过一个楼层，则该阳台视为露台而不计算建筑面积。
    <b></b>当有些复式结构的房屋，每套只在“复上”房设有盖阳台，阳台上盖至上一套的阳台底板之间的高度未超过一个楼层而形成的一个类似有盖阳台，并且也无任何房间向其开门，则该建筑空间不计建筑面积。
