听说现在翠霞苑靠山的一排都差不多卖完了，只剩最后二三套了，而且一律不打折。
新开的小高层有打8.5折的，均价只要2900好了。不过前面的一幢多层不打折，均价差不多也要3500，有小高层挡着，View的话就要差一些。</DIV><DIV class=ShowTitleBody> </DIV>

<P>是啊，中能应该下大决心把景观做好，我觉得像浪漫喝山这样的建筑风格和建筑密度一定要靠好的景观绿化来衬托，希望中能的同志们不要和业主的呼声打太极，而应扎扎实实的做好每一个细节，相信会有回报的！</P>

<P>    在很多帖子里，发现<b><FONT color=#000066>goodgun</FONT></b>在拼命喊景观重要啊，是重要啊！景观一缩水，楼盘无生气了。做好景观是开发商的当然义务，不是喊来的，也不是讨来的。但需要提醒，不要忘了质量问题，质量问题不解决，就算景观上多给你种几棵树，可以了吗？房子是家家户户都要住的，不是住在树底下、草皮上！就算让大家转移注意力了，质量问题仍是业主最担忧的！！！</P>

没错啊，质量问题当然重要，前面大伙已有那么多的呼声了，大家应该已有共识了，所以我不多说了，我要提醒的是现在本小区正要进行景观绿化工作，如果我们不加关注，怕是今后木已成舟后又成为新的质量问题——当然是景观绿化方面的！

这应该是浙工大校园边的一条小溪边拍的，由于有原生态的味道，的确很美。
