<P><FONT color=#000000>　　昨天去小和山看了一下，去之前心情有点激动，因为已经阔别了三个月，我想东溪公寓一定会有所改观，但去了之后，心情却一团糟。公寓外立面还说得过去，但间距实在是太小了，站在自家的楼上，周围是一片片钢筋水泥的丛林，并没有像中能在楼书上及网站上公布的那样，生活在一片绿色丛林中，周围的环境被破坏的“体无完肤”啊，你们看看自己家园里的山山水水吧。门前的小溪、7000平方米的景观湖被蚕食成什么样了，还有那片郁郁葱葱的松树林，基本上已经荡然无存了。再看看室内，做工粗糙不说，连设计上都有问题。我发现１５、１６、１７号楼有一个严重的设计缺陷。入住后，其中一个房间的空调外机不知怎么才能放到设计好的空调格里。</FONT></P>
<P>　　我从七个方面（铜墙铁壁（楼主）、质量问题（２楼）、设计问题（３楼）、山水（４楼）、安全隐患（７楼）、别墅与排屋（８楼）、其他设施（１２楼）通过图片的形式向大家简单叙述一下我们未来的家园。</P>

<P>放空调外机的地方，有玻璃挡着，严重影响散热。而且在设计上有浪费面积之嫌，你们看看这个卫生间的的墙向里面凹进了近半个平方米，就是为了装空调外机，而空调外机，我实在想不出什么方法怎样才能将外机装入预留的空调格里。保姆房的门尽然开在厨房里面。</P>

看了现场是令人很失望。原先周围郁郁葱葱的草木已经被裸露的山石黄土代替，那条多雨时节水流踹急清澈的东溪，被糟蹋成密布的水泥群里一条窄小肮脏的污水沟。原生态已经被贪恋的开发商和极其愚蠢的设计、建筑商彻底破坏（包括对面搞经济适用房的一帮蠢汉），我的悲观看法——基本无法恢复了。有比较才有鉴别，现在去看看邻近的“美达.九月森林”，美达当初拿到那块山地时的理念就是；在完全保留原生态的基础上设计建造高水平的有特色的别墅和楼盘，美达做到了。可是浪漫和山浪漫不在………………[em06][em06][em06][em06][em06]

<P>　　看看，别墅与排屋吧，庆幸自己当初没买到排屋，否则比当初买不到排屋的心情还要糟。看看排屋的间距，不足一米。再看看别墅群，一眼看去以为到了中东地区，别墅造得有点像游泳池里下“饺子”，真会利用空间啊。这么节约土地的开发商，市政府应该好好表彰一番。</P>

<P>我也来授一个奖牌好不好？</P><P>授予浪漫和山业主论坛中的业主们——2005年最全国最偏激业主！</P><P>号称诸多专业人士，却不见就层高270厘米的问题有人出来回复，也不见就工程中某些细部问题的照片出来个人给个公道（哪个高档楼盘经得起这样的挑剔？这是工程，是人做的，有完美的吗？有人想看的话我找找绿园的照片给诸位瞧瞧？），更加不要说见到关于房门、电梯等外行评价的专业回复，于是乎论坛中骂声累累，于是乎论坛中无人敢公道，于是乎开发商被污为全国最差、全国最具破坏最节约，于是乎“无良”开发商之王董等被放逐。真专业也！</P><P>号称智商高人一等，却紧抓楼盘开发过程中的对山水环境暂时的点点滴滴破坏紧抓不放，好像没人明白破是为了立，好像房子都是凭空落在空地上；号称谋略胜人一酬，却只听到大家叫骂楼盘间距太小太密太“安居房”化，好像从来就没有人在这个时候想到拿出楼书、效果图比较一下规划是否发生了变化，核对一下开发商是否多造了房子，并以此作为法律上的证据去维护自己的利益（或许有人悄悄做了，却没有找到什么开发商违规的证据，有意沉默，并以为自己超级智谋？呵呵）。真智真谋也！</P><P>偏激有用吗？漫骂可以解决问题吗？</P><P>一个聪明理智的业主论坛到底该注重的是什么？把开发商骂臭，拿退房作为筹码，让我们的 开发商反感厌恶，我们的目的就达到了？事情就解决了？</P><P>公正地扪心自问一下，这么多人嚷嚷着退房，果真是房子差到这个地步了？果真是开发商违规了？我看核心问题还是今年以来房价停滞不涨吧！</P><P>作为投资我们或许失败，但是我们不能因此就尚失做人的原则！</P><P>香港房价刀斩7成，多数欠银行贷款超过房屋现价的香港购房者的选择是什么？退房？不还贷？真为我们业主们汗颜！</P>
