<P>个人感觉：</P><P>1、向环保、建设等主管单位咨询，此做法是否违法或违规，要有法可依；</P><P>2、若1成立，则可以向相关部门投诉；</P><P>3、联系媒体曝光，电视、广播、报纸都联系，甭管内部有没有熟人；</P><P>4、分头联络更多的业主，参与维权，鼓舞一下士气也好。</P>
