<P>多层采光条件不错，去的时候是10点钟，都能晒到太阳了。小高层似乎日照不理想，我旁边的14幢，除了东边套，4楼以下的都还没有太阳，阴得很！这里就不贴出照片来了，免得刺激这些业主！

<P>这个角度是在小区的中心路上，由南往北拍的。小区道路坡度有一点的，基本是中间高，两头低。不知道全部整修完毕以后，是否还是这样。不过，这也无伤大雅。

<P>斑竹辛苦了!谢谢啊.</P><P>下面开始提问和点评:</P><P>1、入口是不是还要做个门厅之类的？</P><P>2、小区道路坡度有一点的，基本是中间高，两头低。是不是故意这样设计的，我们13幢就比前面的低一点不爽。</P><P>3、门厅上面的标牌好象有点土，跟房子不协调。</P><P>4、底层阳台跟路面基本平行，如果不包阳台好象安全有问题，而且一层一层爬上去也不是太困难的。</P><P>5、小高层下面的架空层是干什么的，好象很高的嘛。</P><P>先到这里，抛砖引玉。</P>

<P>这标牌确实很土，不符合我们楼盘的品质，主要是1.材质不够高档，至少应用不锈钢拉丝或者高档pvc  2.设计，色彩搭配不合理 红色的字，这调性太浮了，压不住 。</P>
<P>还有请热线回答，10幢和12幢之间是什么景观？？ 还有12幢下面的架空层做何用途？？？
