1126业主联谊会登山补遗

春意盎然

<P>11月26日，业主前工委组织了浪漫和山联谊会。由于活动时间等通知发出较晚，大部分业主在周六已有安排，未能参加联谊会，但仍然有二十几人参加了此次活动。甚至有业主在我们路至半山赶过来与大家聚会。
    根据研究决定，本次联谊会只组织爬山联欢活动，取消赴浪漫和山看房活动，全体业主在午餐后解散，指定三位业主到工地打探整改情况和工程进度。

<P>    此次联谊会的成功，得益于广大业主的关心和积极参与。在活动中，许多业主真实表达了美好家园的向往，心声殷殷，期望之切，令人为之感动。同时，大家对家园建设过程中出现的一些问题表示了深切的担忧。正是基于业主的种种期望与知情权之缺位，我们在近阶段开始思考“如何让所有人都快乐起来”，联谊会只是一个初浅的引子。我们也发现，爬山很简单，但大家都很快乐。</P><P>   论坛就象一个院子，院子里面有浪漫和山的业主和开发商。 版主只是给这个院子看门的，职责就是不要让闲杂外人进来，影响到业主和开发商谈话。版主还会给这个院子开门，大家谈不拢了，版主会及时疏导，让业主或开发商离开这个院子，不要“院内起火”。想想，这个版主的工作，谁都能来干，却又不是人干的。常和一群业主朋友自嘲，说不定就在被人骂了——看门的，狗东西一个！</P><P>    呵呵，算了。不能说是尽责了（自己给自己套上责任，怕天踏下来），但已经尽心了。如果不能让“浪漫和山”避免“开发商与业主对抗的怪圈”，真的很遗憾！为什么不能将浪漫和山的问题解决在初期，非得越走越远！办法很多，都可以解决问题，只是思考很辛苦，也很苦恼！</P><P>    还是快乐点吧，愿所有业主，所有中能公司员工，所有人，都快乐点！多些健康！我们还要搞很多快乐而有意义的活动，希望大家还来参加。</P>

<P>    这小和山周遍的风景真是好！想想当初买的城西桂花城才三千左右，无论是质量，户型设计还是小区景观及配套，做的多好！浪漫和山没有理由不做成“精品”！</P>

<P>     首先，还是感谢你带来了“好消息”！同时，也请你这位灵通人士解答我们业主的以下一点困惑：</P>
<P>    没有听说过绿化顾问这个说法？顾问的具体工作是做什么的？顾问是否就是监理，顾问的建议是否能完全得到落实？</P>
<P>    绿化的问题关键在于实际投入和设计施工。目前东溪公寓已经在绿化施工，如有诚意和决心，请将绿化设计图公布给业主了解。业主这一知情权能否得到尊重？！</P>

是啊，光说聘了个绿化顾问就能让人放心？顾问是什么来头，什么头衔，还有绿化方案要介绍一下，偶等知道了才能放心啊。
