今天有幸有人陪同一起看看房子，，同行人说：“这个上面压了这么多石头、土块，地下的车库是否能承受？会不会因此而有什么问题？“。说实在话，不知道有没有业主朋友们在最近的一段时间里到地下车库看一看的，经历了雨季，还有地面的防水测试，现在铺设了绿化用的石土，嘿嘿，不敢想象了！

辛苦辛苦!地下车库的承重能力应该不会有问题,设计时一定考虑过的,加上上面是没有运动重负荷的.除非建筑商做了手脚."龛"这个字怎么读?不认识,惭愧.
