我学的是化工专业，搞过几年的工业规划，你有不懂的问题可以问我。

下沙化工区规划离居住大约2公里，距离还是太近，但是由于北面已经无地，当时仅仅考虑到小规模的开发区配套居住，所以还是把居住区规划在现在的位置。本来规划的公建区块仅仅是2号路以南6号路以北，3号路以东5号路以西的很小块（大约1平方公里），是完全嵌在15平方公里的开发区1，2期之内的，后来有几家企业破产，加上地价上涨，才把破产企业的地改为居住用地的。

化工区是重污染，并不是说轻工企业没有污染。可能你是外行，所以没闻到味道就说没有污染（其实怎么可能闻不到味道呢？，不过和季节有很大的关系，住过1年以后就知道了），以你说的没有污染的华春化纤为例，它是做化纤印染的，做过或者学过化工的人都知道，使用大量的迭氮2环至多环类物质及生物碱，有很多有一定的挥发性，一般水溶性很好。现代生物理论认为此结构与生物核糖核酸内结构接近，容易嵌入导致癌变，尤其是对胎儿的畸形和发育有极大的危害，这是最近几年比较热门的研究课题，这里有其他学过化工或者生物的朋友不妨出来说说道理。
另外，你们是在下沙的，可以拍照片，而我没有机会去，所以没有照片。

居住区3号路东面是2家比较大的企业，仅邻1条不宽的约40米的3号路，华春化纤大家都知道了，还有1家叫爱生的可能不太了解，就是著名的2001新和成的一部分，当初进来的时候我就提出过反对意见。大家可能以为制药没什么污染，那就大错特错了，最终产品是合格安全的，但化学原料药的制造过程是带有大量有毒化学原料的，而且主要还是致癌物质，这些对于一般成年人的危害短期是看不出来的，甚至影响也不是很大但是对于孕妇是非常严重的（所以我一再说明如果近1，2年要baby的无论GG还是MM都不要在这些厂附近工作）。
有新昌或者海门的朋友吗？你们是否知道你们那几家大药厂的女工及周围地区的婴儿发育畸形的比例。我是知道一些的，但是这些数据是不会公开的。

我是不希望hehoo因为不是很了解情况而误导年轻的父母或者将来的父母们，造成无法挽回的损失。
政府在规划的时候连贯性不好，专业性也不强，而且受到利益的驱动，经常有一些并不科学的结论，在这里的大多都是有良好教育背景或者很强能力和智力的人，应该有机会知道一些事实，而不应该出于情绪或者特定原因而发表一些不负责任的言论。
人是应该不断学习的，比如你的专业，有机会我会好好请教的。
