</B>材料:肋排、糯米、白菜叶或者生菜叶一张、葱花、小蒸笼一个(蒸小龙馒头的那种)
腌料:盐、糖、酱油、料酒、生姜、醋、鸡精、几滴麻油(可以根据个人喜好加点胡椒粉或者干辣椒
做法:1、肋排洗干净后,放入调好的腌料腌两个小时左右(入味,重要)
2、同时将糯米洗干净,加水浸泡两个小时后历干;
3、白菜叶或者生菜叶再开水中烫一下,沥干,铺在蒸笼的底;
4、把腌渍好的排骨放在糯米中滚一下,是排骨表面裹上一层糯米,均匀的放在笼子里面,把多余的糯米放最上面;
5、在蒸锅里放水,上锅蒸一个半小时,取出的时候撒上葱花,再用筷子拌拌匀,就ok啦!!!!
排骨糯米的香味。。。。。想象口水就出来哒!!!!
