新年看房

今天上午去运河广场，顺便去看了看房子。金华路一片泥泞，小区里也是。树种了很多，但变化不大。感觉3月份交付有难度的，因为，小区在春节前完工——全部完工的可能性似乎并不大

我也去看过了，小区正在调试背景音乐。
个人对绿化的感觉还不错。据KFS说，绿化的品种共有72种，以后大家可以找找看。
也到售楼处问过，售楼小姐的态度不错。她说现在水电等正在逐项验收，预计正式交房在4月份。

我去的时候，背景音乐北半区在调试，南半区没有开。也就是几个圆柱形的音箱，开得很响，吵得很，听不出好坏。

4月交房和水电逐步正在验收，是城建的售楼小姐预计的，大家听听就行了，别太当真。否则希望越大，会失望越大的。[em01][em01][em01][em01]
