车位

这两天坛子好冷清，来找个话题，说说车位吧~

虽说14~15万的车位价格，超过了一辆中级家用车的售价；但是考虑到一期车位只有30%的配比，还是忍痛下了单。

我的房子在6幢，也就是车位边上的出口上去的那幢。当初特地选了这个车位，第一当然是方便喽~
其实，还有一个原因，是和这个车位的特殊位置有关。从某个方面来说，这个车位是一期所有的车位里独一无二的。事实上，正是这个原因，让我买的时候抱着一线希望，心理平衡了很多，立刻下得单。

大家猜猜看，为什么虽说比边上一点的贵了一万大米，但就是这个车位让我一见钟情呢？

原因一，车位在角上，不容易和别人磕磕碰碰，安全原因二，车子前面是不是门口值班室？原因三，车子前面的通道是独享的，如果是自家的车子还可以停在车位前面的通道上，等于说花了一个车位的钱，买了两个车位！原因四，不知道从风水学上讲，是不是财神位？应该是第三个原因是主要原因吧？
