去蓝湾工地发现的问题

上周末，和几家业主相约去了蓝湾。
日悦阁在铺设市政管道，脚手架拆了、地面填高了，一下子感觉间距宽了好多，房子也漂亮了不少，欣慰。
不过在工地也发现不少问题，有些问题我们已向三江公司反映过了，公司领导表示会重视业主意见的。也请大家在后面跟帖，集中整理一下。

裸放在工地的窗框。问过工地的工人，说是安装前会包上薄膜的。不知道是否符合操作规范。

已经变脏的涂料。这事我们已和现场工程部反映过，工程部的答复是现在涂料弄脏是因为屋顶瓦没盖好、屋沿排水没做好的缘故。以后还会再做一遍涂料的。
我们希望最后一遍涂料能用进口涂料做，最好是美国大师牌的[em02]。要不，等蓝湾3、4、5期造好，说不定一期已经变得脏西西了。

叠排入户门廊。这种做法是不是柱子要去掉了？这两种结构在一起，怎么看都很别扭。

再发一张北露台的栏杆。好象还可以吧。玻璃还没装。

可能用钢索斜拉会好看点。

房子看上去也很密集。颐景山庄我进去看过，还是很漂亮的，房子间距也不紧的。

zuma提出的问题很重要，希望KFS给予重视！采用单向玻璃是一个好办法，是不是还可以用百叶窗之类的办法（当然要与外立面相协调），总之，只要外面看不到里面的结构又不影响外立面即行！

这么难看的二根圆柱,三江还要强行留下,并还要放上档风玻璃,对三江的这种知错不改,真得感到非常可怕.无言以对.真得是对牛弹琴.

今天去看好象在改了，改成什么样还不知道。也不知道圆柱会不会去掉。反正这二种结构放在一块是非常不搭调！
