<P>咱们小区旁的这条小河叫灵项溪，是一条重要的泄洪通道。过了水木清华旁的那座桥、进入西湖区境内叫上埠河。上图表明，这条河（橙色线）是西溪湿地的上游。因为西溪湿地缺水，政府准备引钱塘江水进入湿地（见绿色线）。</P>
<P>中能公司和对面经济适用房开发商联手整修红线内的灵项溪，此举值得肯定。当然，他们如不整修，政府也饶不了他们的。</P>
