先看看中能浪漫和山小高层公寓的绿化，前期种的一些水杉树。

东溪公寓如果种这种小树，我们业主应该抗争。我还没有在一个小区内看到过种这种树的，在铁路沿线看到过，看来我们的“王董”要把东溪公寓建成“火车站”啊。

 呵呵，浏览过北纬三十八度线的卑劣记录和龌龊心理，这位仁兄是骂人成性的，而且擅长毒咒。这个人向来是想到什么就说什么，肚子里有什么货吐出来也是什么，说话也是从来不调查研究，极不负责任的！
 我可以告诉你，这个景观所在的小区是临安的春天花园，均价2680左右。

我不配当你大哥，我汗颜。你知道浪漫和山的楼面价（余杭边境，毛地转让）是多少吗？我可以告诉你一个真实的对比：
 浪漫和山的楼面价是500元左右/平米，临安的春天花园的楼面价是864元左右/平米；
 浪漫和山公寓（集约用地，小高层）开盘均价是5100左右，临安的春天花园开盘均价是2680左右。
 算算利润？
 还有，请你不要随便说话，因为你是喜欢乱说话的，所以你是不知道临安的楼市天价的。我随便找一个楼盘给你看，锦绣·山水苑2005年5月开盘后，开盘3300元/平米，最高价为3550元/平米。你可以去调查。
 看来，网上业主对你非常厌恶是有道理的。别瞎折腾了，去吃饭吧。

38说的是大实话,既然图便宜,也别羞答答的,干脆就在附近挖些不值钱的马尾松栽上对付不就得了.还有建议下次开发商卖房时协议上写明:该楼盘价格已经优惠,小区绿化收费另计.以免引起业主无理取闹.

38这种,好像风向标,在绿化的问题上这么跳将出来,想必是动了中能敏感的地方.邻居们,我还是认为我们现在要把绿化这一块放到前沿目的上来,不敢说对比我们的期望,但求对比中能给准业主们的承诺,以同等楼盘的绿化作参考,对中能的绿化提出我们应有的建议和提醒.也希望中能管理层冷静下来仔细考虑清楚:既然事情已经到了这个地步,不管责任在谁,首先还是要先把解决问题放在首位,绿化,是直接能改变公寓形象的一个工程,它的好坏,就像一颗尚且有些分量的筹码,在舍,弃这个天平上的摇摆中,都能改变很多业主的心意.也许中能觉得省一点是一点,那也要找个能超越现任中能决策的高人想清楚,最大化的扩大利润是不是要这样做,公关危机的处理到现在远远还没有过去.希望中能顺利走过这一关.

看中能别墅区和某些别墅旁边的绿化景观,中能怎么可能不明白这一切的一切,只是不愿意这么做罢了,就像污水持一样,不弄到彼此尴尬的境地就不肯罢手.其实业主的要求真的很过分么?在碰头会上,业主代表充分理解了中能公司花了价钱没做好事情的委屈和无奈,并提醒公司加强管理,把钱用到刀刃上,落实到效果上,在绿化方面,准业主们还是这样提醒中能公司:对绿化要管理好,监督过程,注重结果,对公司负责,对业主负责,也对彼此的未来负责!
