<P>配料:晚米、香米(西米合适点,但是我不喜欢)、生蛋黄</P>
<P>调料:盐、酒、味精、胡椒粉/淀粉//姜丝</P>
<P>步骤:</P>
<P>1、米洗净,浸泡15分钟以上沥去水,加入/前调料搅拌。</P>
<P>2、肉末加//前调料、生蛋黄搅拌。</P>
<P>3、用手挤出肉丸,放到准备好的米里滚动,沾满米粒。</P>
<P>4、放一点姜丝,装在盘子里上笼蒸熟。</P>
<P>小厨心得:</P>
<P>肉末要稍微摔打一下,丸子不可太大。</P>
