4。15有事情没能去现场看看。。。真是没想到，居然还有用水杉来作为绿化树种的
讲的难听点，什么地方会种这种树？中能竟然会在一个还算高档的小区种
这种跟松柏类似的树？还是农村里羊肠小道的行道树？
同样是开发商，同样是温州人，同样买的是期房，区别怎么会这么大？？？？

首先要介绍一下这个小区，这个小区占地面积26亩不到，建筑面积5万多方，总住户400多户，2003年竣工，属于杭州市5类地段，楼面地价每平米1300多，属于公开竞标取得的土地，我买楼的时候是2001年当时的价格是3000零点一平米。开发商做的绿化小品大家看看：

垃圾房都处理的这么漂亮！这是用心做房产的，这样的开发商肯定是会长远发展的，而且会发展的很好！请问，这个小区是什么开发商？

靠东的绿地比靠西边要大至少2倍多，所以小品做的相对多点，我一张张上传上来

这个小区是新湖房产开发的北国之春人家，
据我所知，这个小区开发商在销售的时候最贵也只是卖到5000多－6000不到，
而且大批房源是在3000－4000的价位的时候售掉的，还正赶上房产形势大好的阶段。

新湖在上海、九江等外地房产比较多，新湖集团旗下有 20 余家房地产公司，共有 30 多个房产项目。在杭州现在还有个良诸那边的香格里拉别墅。做的不错！

天哪！这么小的地方能把绿化做的怎么好，从每个角度都那么漂亮！我很喜欢！有二手房吗？我发现这个小区的窗户做的很好，窗户能打开，很通风吧？浪漫和山的公寓房窗户开的很小，推不开，我推不动的！

这个小区的入住率很高，但二手房肯定也有的，呵呵！！！
真希望中能的高层能来看看，好好向人家学学！
而不是一味的作出这样的事情，让业主的心凉了又凉！！唉！！！

小区虽小，但环境比较精致。另外，我还听说，水杉这个树种含“砒”（砒霜），对人体有害的。

没有比中能再差了，任何新建小区的绿化都值得中能学习！
