<P>健身漫步道，正在建设中，他的具体路线我观察了一下，大概的走向是这样的，从别墅区入口开始，沿着三期向一期、二期延伸，从二期边缘的最西侧，拾坡而上，沿着山体向上攀登到四期的山顶上，然后顺着山腰延伸，然后从四期下来，但终点到哪里就不清楚了。一路上有水景，木桥，亭子，有部分路段设置了栏栅，布景还过得去。但是一、二期的绿化中种植了为数不少的水杉，真不知中能是怎么想的，绿化档次明显偏低。</P>
<P>另外，我还有个疑问：入住后，公寓与别墅区是否会分开管理，就是公寓的业主不能进入别墅区的话，那问题就来了，楼书中承诺的健身漫步道公寓内的业主将没法享受了，因为整条健身漫步道都在别墅区内。（这对我们公寓的业主来说，又被中能忽悠了。）如果是这样的话，我们要求中能给个说法。</P>
