排水系统的设计存在严重问题！！！！！！！！！！！！！

<P>1、污水管和废水管合用一根总管，一旦总管堵塞污水将首先从地漏溢出</P>
<P>2、厨房间的下水管居然没有存水弯，将会造成严重的返味现象</P>
<P>一期住户可能都有这个问题，大家看房的时候请留意 </P>

<P>这个问题实际上是一个严重的问题，座便器一使用，卫生间就会从地漏、水池排水管中排放臭气，现在估计一期的业主都有这个问题存在。厨房是可以想办法解决的，但卫生间怎么解决呢？还是要求开发商整改吧！</P>
