不足的地方也要曝曝光啊！不但要报喜，也要报忧，象九华坊西面的绿化，三居有人在封闭阳台（隔层有，需要加顶盖），既影响立面，又会影响邻里关系．大家应该观注，特别是物业公司应该负起责任来．

第一张图片看了真怕怕,前几天买菜,看到一辆红色BMW,倒车时候没注意,顶上去了,结果凳子就成现在这个样子了，散架了.还好有这个凳子,不然BMW的主人可要放血了。不过好象还是划去了. 可惜啊好新的 BMW[em04]

<a href="http://bbs.zjol.com.cn/UploadFile/2006-5/20065615425435349.jpg" target="_blank" ><img src="http://bbs.zjol.com.cn/UploadFile/2006-5/20065615425435349.jpg"></A>三阁前这条溪流，物管曾经整治过。但是，“保洁”是一个问题！溪流中的垃圾有两类——一类是下雨天从山间冲下来的腐叶，这是长年不断的，在雨水大的时候，可以一直冲到水库大坝泄洪口，雨水量小的时候，腐叶就容易滞留溪滩；另一类是人们扔下去的垃圾，快餐盒、塑料袋、泡沫板、建筑废料等。（长长的溪流边散步的人不少，却没有一个垃圾桶！）建议：1.物管派保洁员作定期的保洁清理；2.在溪流的栏杆边设几个小型垃圾桶（如汽车站附近的那种）；3.在适当的时候，由业主志愿者参与，搞一次清理溪流的公益活动。
