<p></p><p>(转贴)</p><p>评价房型时,可考虑以下几个方面:</p><p><br/>1.活动区与休息区明确分开,休息区相对集中。<br/>2.尽量减少在活动区内墙上开门;使完整墙面更多。<br/>3. 相互联系方便。<br/>4.房屋位置合理,进门有小门厅过渡。<br/>5.厅最好朝南向或景观向。<br/>6.厅平面避免不可利用的锐角室向。<br/>7.大厅与分户门之内室设门斗过渡性空间。<br/>8. 在厅内墙上忌务处开门妨碍厅的使用,忌门与门相对开。<br/>9.厅、卧室均有良好的朝向和穿堂风,无暗房。<br/>10.居室、主卧室远离电梯间或楼梯。<br/>11.厨后间外最好能配以阳台,既可通风,又可弥补厨房使用面积和临时使用功能的不足。<br/>12.食寝分离、居寝分离。<br/>13.入口处最好有玄关。<br/>14.餐厅与起居室空间上相互贯通;形成自然通风。<br/>15.卫生间不宜离主卧室太远,更不要穿越客厅。 <br/></p><p></p>
