鉴于很多业主催促前工委尽快采取行动，受前工委委托，今天早上我们一行7人现场考察了工程进度，向各位邻居汇报如下：    2＃楼后面的污水池上面正在覆土：<img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/20067221936247570.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; 谢谢zhzh200的贴图！经过现场查看，更坚定地认为在公寓大门口的污水泵站的设计是完全错误的！对设计院和KFS在论证会上公然撒慌的举动深感厌恶！

我认为在现阶段需要KFS必须解决的主要问题是：1，设在公寓大门口的污水泵站必须填埋，得保证公寓排污自流排出；2，安全问题也要引起高度重视，包括玻璃阳台面板、小区的安监系统、防山体滑坡等等；3，绿化问题请KFS高度重视，应选择合适的树种，绿化设计施工图应向小区业主公开；4，KFS应对公寓业主提出的"十二大问题"逐一解决。

一群热心的业主奔波于工地和行政部门之间,忙碌于工作与维权之中,为的是让一个概念大过品质的楼盘变的名副其实,这于谁都是有利无害的.相比,一个拿人钱财的开发商却不理解或不接受业主如此的焦虑和善意,这副冷漠和恼怒的颜面是要让楼盘"金玉其外,败絮其中"么,如果是,那么麻烦的事只会越来越多,如果不是,那么大家做的努力都是为同一个目标.有什么不可以理解和接受的呢? 请不要利令智昏.
