请问老驴关于登山鞋的问题

如何长时间足穿登山鞋如果足部穿着不合适的鞋子来登山时，将会遭遇到意想不到的痛苦，即使是订制的也不能 保证一切都没有问题，由此可见，跟鞋子的最初接触是十分微妙的。 　　当买鞋时，先穿较薄的袜子，再穿上稍厚的登山用袜子，并系结带子，然后，看看足 跟地方可否插入一双手指，如果要出发时，足部穿入，并以足跟轻扣地面，然后确实系好 带子，如此则趾尖会空出约一公分左右的空间。还有，买鞋子最好是黄昏时刻，因这时刻 是一天中足部最浮肿之时，所以对决定大小尺寸最好。 　　鞋带在爬登时不要系结太紧，若是正式的登山鞋者，自足背或足踝之间附有可以固定 的带钩，而可系紧足背部分，但足踝部分则不可系紧。 　　不过，下山时足踝部分都要系紧，如此足部的活动可以变得十分轻快。 　　即使是选择了大小尺寸合适的鞋子，也要有一段时间来适应。如皮鞋者，至少也要十 天才会适应於足部，这点可以在口袋内准备创可贴，以便皮肤有了不适感时，随时贴上， 但不要等到有痛感时才贴上，否则太迟。 　　因水泡会变得更大，而不得不痛苦，一整天。又为了避开患部而使用健部时，反而会 另制水泡，或者下山时引起挫伤，因水泡如同（飞火星）一疏忽就会起火，故不可轻心。   　　如果起了水泡时可怎么办？本来水泡是由於对皮肤给予必要以上的刺激为原因，所以 ，可以在水泡部分贴上有孔的垫布以减轻刺激而防压破水泡。因未破之前的早期处理最为 重要，如果破裂则还要做消毒作业而十分麻烦。 　　皮鞋一旦习惯於足部则不能再换别的，但如果有点不适感者，可以换穿袜子看看，有 的人因加上垫子而变得十分舒适者也有。 　　凡是合适的鞋，一定要长期穿用，虽然有必要多加保养，但也并不太费时，而只要以 刷子简单水洗，再晾干。之后，另涂敷少量的水貂油即可。这时最重要的是，鞋底有磨偏 时一定要换贴，如换贴粒状鞋底时约需六、七千日元，但如果在尚未走样时换贴则更可维 持适合於足部的状态。 　　即使是轻登山鞋也可以送由制造商来换贴。总之，与其花钱另购新鞋倒不如设法长期 穿用合适的鞋子较好。需知，有（调教）的鞋就是财产[em01][em01][em01][em01]

哇,这么长一篇,谢谢kingniu,原来系鞋带的学问这么大哦.我通常是用"快挂钩A"法(以前那双软面的,一点也不痛,可是这双不行啊:(难道是因为蘑合的缘故吗,过了蘑合期慢慢会适应的?)还有这句" B1.在每根带子上结一个环，把它们塞过顶部的金属孔。           B2.将鞋带的尾端穿过另一根鞋带的环扣，拉紧，"不是很明白哦[em04]

穿登山鞋一定要穿厚的登山袜（棉袜也行），否则容易起泡。鞋带按正常系法系好后二个圆环再打一个结，这样鞋带就绝对不会散了。另外，专业的登山鞋的底是V底，比较硬，新鞋穿起来比较搁脚的。走多了，鞋底会软一点的。其实，爬一般的台阶步道不必穿硬底的登山鞋。登山鞋在碎石路上比较有优势。登山时鞋带一定要系到头，以保护踝关节。

吴队啊,我也想买软一点的,可是买不好啊,要么不防水的,要么底太薄太软的[em09]这双是V底的,硬皮,比较重,穿了3-4天的,我总觉得带子没系正确,穿的小腿骨有些痛有些累[em11]要么哪天你在云顶的时候,亲自指导我一下好吗?[em04]
