[建议]杭州 1/3 的车位变成了 "牌位" 被白白浪费了 !!

现在，杭州车位的有效利用太差了！！        主要是以下几个表现：1．        每天在杭州市区和各个社区小区的停车位真正停放车辆的不到60%，40%的停车位上大部分时间停放的是一个个-----某某某车之位的牌子，无论白天还是晚上！！这些车位据说每天付了3----5元（每月80---150元）的费用；2．        有常识的人都知道：一个车子不可能24小时停着，也不可能每月30天都停在一个地方，因为还要探亲，下乡，出差等，所以，在车位有限的情况下，包车位是对社会公共资源的最大浪费！！！3．        杭州目前有30多万车辆，但时区规划的车位不到10万，那这些车位每天都停到哪儿去了呢？？反正都停了，要么在车位里，要么不在车位里，总不可能挂起来吧！！   那么，是不是首先应将杭州时区规划好的车位停满，再去其它地方停呢？这样，有效利用车位，又能减少乱停车现象。4．        杭州要做大杭州，不能再在这些关系市民的具体事情上，互相割据，层层设卡，只要是杭州市的车，在杭州市的所有规划车位上都可以停放，每个车位不能固定一辆车，每个车位大家都可以停，先把规划好的车位上停满了，再去树下，边角等地方停放，反正，车子多了，位子少了，车总不可能挂起来吧？？5．        保安应该管好利用率！6．        政府应该提供
一定数量的免费车位
