集中精力搞好选举

近日论坛上百家争鸣，百花齐放，但主流的声音还是希望业主委员会顺利成立，有一个能代表和维护广大业主的合法权益、自己管理自己的合法组织。对筹备组人员的辛勤付出大家有目共睹，对各位候选人的为人也略知一二，相信每个人都能有明智的选择，会认真行使自己的民主权利。 　　个人认为：当前应该集中精力，搞好选举工作，对筹备组已经公示的几个文件提出修改意见和建议，而不是像目前这样，把注意力集中在某一候选人身上，要么贬煞，要么捧煞，实才没有什么必要。今后业委会工作靠的是集体领导，必须发挥团队的力量，发挥每一位成员的聪明才智，因此在选举业委会班子时，要考虑人员搭配尽量合理，有各方面的人才。从12位候选人情况来看，已经考虑了这个因素，有了一定的选择余地。再则，云顶小区要建设好，光靠业委会也是不够的，建设和谐小区要靠全体业主努力，我为人人，人人为我！
